RayNeo has secured investment from subsidiaries of China Mobile and China Unicom, according to the South China Morning Post's report of 5 January 2026. The investors include Unicom Innovation Capital, CM Beijing Fund and CM Shanghai Fund.
The report connects the investment with RayNeo's work on cellular connectivity for AR glasses, including an eSIM and 4G-equipped device presented around CES. The telecoms partners are expected to contribute network, eSIM and content resources.
RayNeo did not disclose the financing amount in its statement, according to SCMP. This summary therefore does not treat estimates reported elsewhere as a confirmed deal value.
